Chef Ray has been in the restaurant industry over 25 years, both casual and fine dining. This gives us the unique opportunity to offer great regular menu items but also seasonal and guest favorites. Ray has always been recognized as one of the best area Chefs and we are proud to have him as a leader on our team!
